“Abundance is not held in the name of a thing or in ideas of ample quantities that we attach to affluence, but in the flow of life, in its riches of mind, body and soul in reciprocity with the creative force of nature and the universe.” Annegret Affolderbach

Mesmerised by the landscape, I created grass sculptures, Earth pigment paintings and ambient soundscapes-- made from ingredients gathered in the landscape--to form part of a life-size sketchbook. Gathered into an immersive installation, they are an ode to this tender landscape and capture the essence of the feelings and rhythms that linger from my daydreams in this magnificent place.

The works build on my ongoing project ‘we used to lay in meadows dreaming’, where daydreaming is considered an artform.
